Kelsey Glancy, MSN, CRNP, BSN, RN
Kelsey Gosselin is the Owner and Director of Clinical Services of First Day Homecare, Lancaster. She is also a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with a lifelong passion for caring for children and supporting families during some of life's most vulnerable moments.
For more than seven years, Kelsey served as a Registered Nurse in the Neonatal/Infant Intensive Care Unit (N/IICU) at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), one of the nation's leading pediatric hospitals. Her experience has given her a deep appreciation for not only the medical needs of children, but also the emotional, educational, and practical support that families need as they navigate complex healthcare journeys.
Kelsey earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Pennsylvania and is board certified as a Primary Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. Throughout her career, she has remained dedicated to advancing pediatric healthcare through continuing education, leadership, and service.
As a mother herself, Kelsey understands firsthand the trust families place in those who care for their children and loved ones. She knows that inviting someone into your home is a deeply personal decision, and she believes every family deserves caregivers who are not only highly qualified, but also kind, dependable, and genuinely compassionate.
